an epic 3-day RETREAT / CONFERENCE
In September of 2024, the Chicken Tender fast food chain known as Raising Cane's hosted a 3,000 person retreat in Cancun for those in leadership roles within the company working all around the globe. The 3-day retreat was hosted by the 5-star, all-inclusive Moon Palace Resort.
The event known as "CaneCun" featured speakers such as CEO Todd Graves and co-CEO AJ Kumaran, who were joined by special guest speakers included Snoop Dogg and Katie Ledecky to speak in front of the attendees. Snoop Dogg also performed a private beach concert for the attendees on the 2nd night, preceded by with a drone show, fireworks, fire dancers, and more.
DAY ONE
Esteemed guests arrived at the Moon Palace Hotel, able to check into their rooms and then register for event. Once in the main hall they were able to grab drinks, play games, and grab custom swag. Some guests decided to go for a swim after checking in while others rested up for the evening mixer. The evening mixer was held in the garden area of the convention center where they were treated to an open bar, a giant blowup Cane, and authentic local music.



































DAY two
The company held workshops for their leadership's continued success and celebrated some major milestones with it's employees and investors. Attendees were able to swim on the beach and sunbathe by any of the grounds' 19 swimming pools during the day. In the late afternoon, a massive exhibition for all 3,000+ guests was held in the main auditorium where CEO Todd Graves and co-CEO AJ Kumaran gave














































































DAY Three
On the final day of the retreat, Olympic gold-medalist Katie Ledecky spoke to the attendees about setting big goals and how she applied a disciplined work-ethic to achieve them. Her words left the crowd inspired to aim higher and work harder.
